New Delhi: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Wednesday gave a deadline to regulated entities in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector for phase-wise adoption of the ‘1600’ numbering series for service and transactional calls.
