The Delhi government has formally notified the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fee) Act, 2025, activating a new regulatory framework for how private schools in the capital can set and collect fees.The notification was issued on Wednesday, four months after the legislation cleared the Assembly and received approval from Lieutenant Governor V.
