Flight operations at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) were severely affected on Sunday as dense fog reduced visibility, leading to large-scale disruptions. A total of 110 flights were cancelled, while more than 370 services were delayed, causing inconvenience to thousands of passengers.According to officials, 59 arriving flights and 51 departing flights were cancelled due to poor visibility conditions. New Delhi: US companies are exploring ways to get back their employees who are stuck in India amid delays in visa stamping after the Trump administration began strictly scrutinising social media activities of applicants.Many of them have approached immigration consultants to try and arrange for early interview slots where stamping is needed, while some have allowed employees to work out of India until they get their passports stamped again, said experts.
