The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has revised its immigration policy to restrict visa eligibility for transgender women aiming to compete in women’s sports. This change is in line with Executive Order 14201, titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” issued by President Donald Trump earlier this year.
