A Delhi court on Thursday acquitted former Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan in two cases lodged by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), ruling that he cannot be held liable for failing to comply with summons issued by the probe agency in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Paras Dalal of the Rouse Avenue court pronounced the verdict, clearing Kejriwal of the non‑compliance complaints that had been filed after he refused to appear before the ED despite multiple summons.The cases stemmed from accusations that Kejriwal skipped summons issued by the ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) as part of its investigation into alleged money‑laundering linked to
