Ericsson sells Vodafone Idea stake worth Rs 428 crore via bulk deal

Ericsson India Pvt Ltd has sold off its around 0.6% stake in Vodafone Idea (Vi) via a bulk deal to undisclosed buyers, raising Rs 428.43 crore. As per NSE bulk deal data, Ericsson India sold 63.37 crore shares in Vi at Rs 6.76 apiece Tuesday.Buyer details were not immediately available. Shares of Vi closed 3.69% lower at Rs 6.78 on the BSE Tuesday. At press time, Vi and Ericsson India did not respond to ET’s queries.The Ericsson stake sale comes just over a month after Nokia Solutions and Networks India Pvt Ltd had sold off its 0.95% stake in Vi in late-April via a similar bulk deal to marquee global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, amongst others, raising Rs 785.67 crore. Peak XV trims stake in Zinka Logistics in Rs 302 crore bulk deal; ADIA, MIT among buyers

Bengaluru-based logistics tech company Zinka Logistics Solutions, popularly known as BlackBuck, witnessed a block deal on Tuesday. A group of marquee institutional investors picked up stakes, while existing investor Peak XV Partners pared down its holding. The total block deal value is around Rs 302 crore.According to data from the stock exchanges, nearly 59 lakh shares changed hands. Among the buyers were global institutional names such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).ADIA purchased 23,02,574 shares at a price of Rs 420 per share. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired 11,42,856 shares at the same price, while MIT picked up the largest chunk -- 24,65,945 shares -- at Rs 420 per share.On the sell side, P

Vodafone Idea shares slide 4% as telco engages with govt for AGR relief post SC plea dismissal

Vodafone Idea (VIL) shares slid 4% in Tuesday’s early trade to a day’s low of Rs 6.75 on the BSE even after the telecom operator said that it is actively engaging with the central government to seek relief on its long-standing Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) dues.However, the stock recovered from its day’s low around 9:45 am, to trade only 1% lower at Rs 6.97.VIL CEO Akshaya Moondra stated that the company continues to hold discussions with the Centre to find a viable solution for the AGR issue. Rs 804 crore worth block deals in Aptus Value Housing. Morgan Stanley, SBI MF are among buyers

Aptus Value Housing Finance India on Tuesday witnessed multiple block deals worth Rs 804 crore where Morgan Stanley, a Luxembourg-based fund and domestic mutual funds SBI MF and Axis MFs were buyers.Morgan Stanley bought nearly 30 lakh shares in smallcap Aptus Value Housing worth Rs 92 crore. Ola Electric block deal: Citigroup buys shares worth Rs 435 crore; Hyundai Motor, KIA sellers

Citigroup bought over 8.61 crore shares worth Rs 435 crore in Ola Electric Mobility on Tuesday via a block deal in which Hyundai Motor Company and KIA Corporation were sellers.Citigroup bought shares through its arm Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd at a price of Rs 50.55 apiece which was 6% lower from the Monday closing price of Rs 53.69.Hyundai Motor which held 2.47% stake representing over 10.88 crore shares in Ola Electric as on March 31, 2025 today sold its entire stake in the company at a price of Rs 552 crore. Andhra govt and ISRO ink five-year deal

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said his government has partnered with ISRO to leverage space tech for real-time citizen-centric governance.The Chief Minister on Monday noted that the southern state's Real Time Governance System (RTGS) inked a five-year deal with Sathish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR) to enhance AWARE platform with satellite imagery and scientific inputs."In a landmark step in leveraging space tech for real-time citizen-centric governance, a 5-year MoU was signed between SHAR (ISRO) and RTGS today, in the presence of SHAR Director Mr Rajarajan," said Naidu in a post on X.As part of this collaboration, satellite imagery and scientific inputs will be fed into the AWARE platform over 42 applications spanning agriculture, weather, disaster management, urban planning and so
