10-min boom to warehousing market in India

The booming quick-commerce (Q-commerce) segment in India is fueling a rapid rise in demand for small, hyperlocal warehouses outstripping the supply. As platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now race to fulfill deliveries within 10-15 minutes, last-mile fulfillment centers—tucked into basements, small plots, and underutilized urban properties—are becoming critical infrastructure across metro cities and Tier-2 locations.According to experts, the demand is three times that of the new wave of hyperlocal warehouses—often no larger than 2,000 to 8,000 sq ft— located within dense residential neighborhoods. Will Bank Nifty continue its bullish trend after RBI's bold move?

Mumbai: The Bank Nifty index, comprising 12 of India's top lenders, extended its record-breaking run to the second straight day on Monday, riding on a bullish momentum fuelled by the Reserve Bank of India's bigger-than-expected interest cut and a surprise liquidity easing move last week.The measure rose 0.5% to a closing high of 56,839, off the all-time high of 57,049. The rally in bank shares also drove the benchmark Nifty higher for four sessions in a row. The index gained 0.4%, or 100.1 points, to close at 25,103 on Monday-the highest closing in 2025."The interest rate cut was expected to hurt bank margins, but the CRR (Cash Reserve Ratio) cut has helped cushion the impact. Silver prices surge as market anticipates record-breaking rally

Mumbai: Silver may be on the cusp of a record-breaking rally after having topped the $36 per ounce mark in international markets for the first time in 13 years late last week. With technical charts pointing to continued strength and a weaker dollar boosting demand for hard assets, analysts expect the white metal to play catch-up rally with gold soon.Silver prices were trading at $36.3 per ounce on Monday, up 0.9% on the international market.
