According to the WSJ, the letter—part of a birthday album assembled for Epstein's 50th birthday by Ghislaine Maxwell—featured a drawing of a naked woman, with Trump’s signature allegedly replacing the woman’s pubic hair. The typewritten note reportedly ended with: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.” The Journal claimed to have reviewed the note but did not publish the image.
