Dhaka Metropolitan Police has filed a chargesheet naming 17 individuals in the killing of student leader Sharif Osman Hadi, attributing the murder to "political vengeance." Hadi, a prominent figure in recent mass protests, was shot in December and died later. The investigation points to the Awami League and its student wing, Chhatra League, as being involved.
