'Kill all' for 'martyrdom': How Pak immigrant allegedly planned to attack US University of Delaware police campus - details

A University of Delaware student, Luqmaan Khan, was arrested with a cache of weapons, body armor, and a manifesto detailing plans for a mass shooting and seeking "martyrdom."
