Youngest ever! 10-year-old shocks Grandmaster, sets historic chess record

Bodhana Sivanandan, a 10-year-old chess prodigy from Harrow, has made history as the youngest female player to defeat a grandmaster, surpassing Carissa Yip's previous record. She achieved this remarkable feat at the 2025 British Chess Championships in Liverpool, defeating Grandmaster Peter Wells.
