PV Sindhu overcame a sluggish start to enter the pre-quarterfinals of the BWF World Championships, defeating Letshanaa Karupathevan. The mixed doubles pair of Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto, along with men’s doubles duo Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, also advanced. Satwik and Chirag recovered from a slow start to beat Yang Po Han and Liu Kuang.
