Manini Kaushik of India secured her first individual international bronze medal in the women's 50m rifle prone at the Asian Shooting Championships. Her performance also contributed to India's team silver in the same event. In the junior category, Prachi Gaikwad won silver, adding to India's medal tally, and the junior team secured a bronze.
