PM, CMs, ministers to go if held for 30 days on serious charges, Amit Shah to move 3 Bills

Home Minister Amit Shah is set to introduce three bills mandating the resignation or removal of the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, and ministers if they are detained for 30 consecutive days on allegations of offenses punishable by five or more years in prison.
