A BEST bus lost control and plowed into pedestrians in Kurla West, Mumbai, on Monday evening, killing four and injuring several others. The bus also damaged vehicles before stopping. The injured were taken to Bhabha Hospital. Public anger erupted over the narrow road, illegal hawkers, and traffic congestion. The driver is seriously injured.
