Neelam recounts scary mid-air neglect accusing airline of ignoring

Neelam Kothari shared a distressing experience on her Toronto-Mumbai flight, claiming she fainted and received no help from airline staff. Calling it “mid-air neglect,” she criticised Etihad Airways for poor treatment and lack of response. The airline apologised on X, asking her to connect via DM for assistance.
