The film, which opened strongly, experienced a dip in collections after the weekend but saw a slight rise on Tuesday. 'Maa' has already surpassed Kajol's earlier hit 'Ishq' in earnings and is poised to outperform 'Karan Arjun' soon. The movie revolves around a mother protecting her daughter from a malevolent curse.
