Jesy Nelson and fiancé Zion Foster have reportedly ended their engagement, just weeks after revealing their twin daughters' SMA Type 1 diagnosis. While no longer a couple, they are committed to co-parenting their 8-month-old babies. SMA Type 1 is a severe genetic disorder causing progressive muscle weakness, impacting breathing and swallowing in infants.
