At the Bengaluru International Film Festival, Anurag Kashyap said it’s “impossible” to make politically sensitive films in India today. Citing Germany, he noted that films against Hitler came only after his death. Kashyap, known for Black Friday and Gangs of Wasseypur, recently directed Nishaanchi and awaits the India release of Kennedy.
