Stock market today: Nifty50 ends below 25,900; BSE Sensex down over 530 points

Stock market today: The BSE Sensex, comprising 30 shares, decreased by 533.50 points or 0.63 per cent, closing at 84,679.86. During trading hours, it fell by 592.75 points or 0.69 per cent to 84,620.61. The NSE Nifty, with 50 shares, reduced by 167.20 points or 0.64 per cent to 25,860.10.
