Stock market today: Nifty50 ends above 24,800; BSE Sensex up over 440 points

Stock market today: The NSE Nifty, with 50 shares, increased by 140.20 points or 0.57 per cent to 24,821.10. The BSE Sensex, comprising 30 shares, rose by 446.93 points or 0.55 per cent to close at 81,337.95. During trading hours, it increased by 538.86 points or 0.66 per cent to 81,429.88.
